After having a terrible experience from LeBrun Electric, I contacted other companies, this being one of the 2 that I had scheduled to come give us an estimate. LeBrun tried telling us we needed to replace our entire breaker panel for $10,000. I had this company and another scheduled to come give me another estimate. Of the 2 companies, Alec Raisbeck was the first to show up. After talking with him, and him thoroughly explaining the issue I cancelled the other company from coming out. This is our third big job with Augusta on our home this year and we'll continue using them .
Joe Charchar came out for our HVAC maintenance check as part of our membership plan and caught an existing leak in the coolant line. He took extra care of the whole unit for us with extra TLC for a good price that will save us quite a bit in the future.

Mike and Mike were exceptionally professional. They isolated a problem with my water heater and expertly went out of their way to inform me of the problem and the fix. They also did little things that were greatly appreciated like parking so as not to block my garbage cans that would later be picked up, and leaving the area worked on very clean. Great workers that if I owned a business I'd feel lucky to employ.
