I called Augusta to get a quote for a new AC unit but when the technician (Isaac Hanson) came out to do so, he decided to check things over to verify it really needed to be replaced (another company had given me a repair quote high enough that replacement seemed like the better option).
After just a few minutes, though, Isaac got the AC working again without even replacing any parts! I'm SO thankful I called Augusta and that Isaac took the time to figure out the problem, thoroughly explain what was going on, and do exactly what was required without selling me something I didn't need.

Priceless service. I put in a request for a quote last night and received a email in the morning stating that a technician could be out at my house between 8am-10am for a diagnosis of my AC problems. Technician arrived at 8:30 and had my AC running again within 30 minutes. It was a $300 repair which was awesome and well worth the money for the speedy and professional service
