Brandon was super helpful! I had estimates from other companies of $1000+ for a frozen pipe, when I told him the issue he knew it was simple and didn’t need the work the others recommended. He told me what to do myself and it was fixed! Very honest and would totally recommend

I’ve used them several times—some urgent, some routine—including a hot water heater replacement, toilet repairs (twice), a new toilet installation, and a bathtub/shower issue. My most recent service was today. Every plumber they’ve sent has been professional, respectful (I really appreciate the use of shoe covers without having to ask!), and genuinely helpful. Had a weekend emergency, crawlspace was flooding and water pooling on our main level. We had a gentleman out within an hour of calling. Ended up needing to fix a line in the wall, found the broken line with the first cut into the wall and repaired quick! So thankful for El Jay!
