My uncle passed away suddenly and Phil L was rushing us and told us that we had to get his cremated remains out of there right away as we were trying to arrange everything all at once. After posting this review Phil did apologize so I bumped up the review. Thank you for apologizing and for taking care of my uncle Phil.
