We've been seeing them for over 20 years. The dentists there explain everything that is going on and I've never left feeling like my dental care wasn't extremely important to them. I've never had the feeling that the dentist was rushed or had someplace else to be; they've always made sure that we didn't have any questions when they were in the room. Of equal importance is time spent in the waiting room. How many places do you visit where it seems like you wait *forever* in the waiting room? Nothing's in any medical care is immediate, but I've never waited for what I'd consider an excessive amount of time here.
