Shoutout to Nicole! This was my first time at Clean & Press, and I walked in with a lot of questions, very little knowledge, and a healthy amount of anxiety. Nicole took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions without making me feel silly, and made me feel completely comfortable.
What could have been a stressful experience ended up being easy and enjoyable because of her patience and kindness. I always like to give people their flowers when they provide great service, and Nicole definitely deserves it. I've always liked coming to this dry cleaner and, now that I've move farther away, I still love coming here! They've always doen a great job on anything that I've had cleaned through the years.
I wanted to compliment Nicole for helping me with a very complicated pillow order that I had dropped off.
I had two four-pillow orders for myself and my daughter & I wanted to make sure that we were each getting our own pillows back. There were also two pillows that needed to be equalized as well.
I really didn't know how she was going to do it but, when I picked them up, they had tags and codes pinned to each one letting me know whose was whose. I was very pleased!

I have now been to this Clean’n’Press Dry Cleaning location a few times and while I do appreciate kind employees and everything, I’m hesitant to keep coming back since they’re bringing everyones stuff to a third party place where the dry cleaning happens. Why have a middle man when I could just go to a dry cleaning place? I don’t understand why so many places are going down that same route nowadays and it’s disappointing. Regardless of that nonsense, they’re still able to get stuff cleaned and returned quickly, their staff is very friendly, and the parking situation is good, which is why I gave four stars.
