Absolutely fantastic customer service. They were honest, gave recommendations to help us decide what furnace and AC to install. Always responded quickly. They were trustworthy and their quote came in thousands of dollars cheaper than some of the bigger name companies in the Twin Cities area. I’d give more stars if there were an option to do so!
I don't normally provide reviews like this, but these guys were absolutely outstanding! Our AC literally went out the night before we went on vacation. Their technician came and diagnosed the problem. It was not something they could personally repair so they were proactively helping me with an alternative shop when my wife and I decided the best option was to replace. Without pressure Action heating, provided me their recommendation. We agreed on a solution, price and scheduled the install. As of writing this review, Action Heating and Air Conditioning had 100+ 5-star reviews, and after having Bob, Jay and team replace my entire furnace and air conditioning system, I can see why. Their customer service is at a level you just don’t see these days. They were so polite, informative, punctual, and well priced. They earned my business and were thankful for the opportunity. I will be recommending them to anyone that finds themselves in need of HVAC work.
