High integrity and high quality workmanship - I had an excellent experience with the crew, and I am really happy with the full HVAC replacement they did. Bob and Jay and their team at Action Heating and Air were great to work with. Bob took the time to explain my options on the heating and AC units before I made my purchase decision and everything described including exact times promised was honored to a tee. They even prepared and filed the rebates for me with Excel Energy and Centerpoint Energy and registered the units with Carrier. Furnace and AC are working great and I'm confident they performed a quality installation. I would highly recommend them for neighbors and friends.
