“Great customer service. Needed some plumbing repairs done that were not a high priority. They had someone here within the week and fixed the items on the list. Have also used this company for air-conditioning, they even made a service call on a hot Fourth of July with a houseful of guests!!! Of course that’s when the air conditioner goes out! Great customer service, great personnel! Very happy with their work.”
“I just wanted to thank you for the kindness you showed to the family with the newborn. You have gained another star in your crown.”
“Chappel is great. They came to my house today, identified the issue, fixed it, and it wasn't even as expensive as I was anticipating. Altogether very happy and my house is cooking off nicely. I will definitely use them again if I need to. I highly recommend them.”
