Michael and Erin from Ductech were fantastic—professional, fast, and genuinely thoughtful. They not only cleaned my ducts and dryer vent but also fixed a disconnected vent that was affecting my dryer’s performance. Michael was honest, clearly explained the costs, and even recommended a simple tool to maintain the vent between cleanings. He also shared how often I should have my ducts cleaned. Great service like this is hard to find—I’ll definitely be using Ductech again.

I’ve always believed you judge a company not by how things go when everything is perfect, but by how they handle things when they don't. We hit some unforeseen hiccups during my project, but the response was immediate.

Our furnace motor went out the day we returned home from vacation (on a Saturday of course). We called another HVAC service company before reaching out to DucTech and were quoted 2 times what we paid with DucTech to replace the motor. Rather than being told we needed to replace the entire unit they came out after ordering the part and it was fixed within 20 minutes. Ben went above and beyond to provide us with space heaters to warm our house since it was January as well as keep in contact on the status over the weekend until it was fixed.
