This guy, I've never met, left my 90 year old grandma high and dry. He started with the house roughing in and didn't finish it. Was asked to come charge her Coleman Heat pump and never showed. Luckily I do hvac for a living. He installed the wrong heat bank in her air handler and left single gang mud ring holes in her walls (Multiple spots for her ERV which she didn't need). He mutilated her ductwork and the equipment.

Is there a zero star option? Seriously the worst service. The guy stopped by to check furnace issue then disconnected sump pump. He told me there were a few things to fix and they were important. I was repeatedly told that he would be coming so I never looked for anyone else especially since he said there were other things besides the sump pump that needed to be fixed. I was told that the door needs to remain unlocked as they couldn't give me a time or even a day if I wanted to get this done. Two months later finally replaced the sump pump and did nothing else.

They will tell you that don't have time to help you, its really hard to live out here in the winter, I have a 4yo in the house and need heat, don't waste your time calling these people, even on desperate needs they won't help you
