She is very knowledgeable and is the best at what she does- she makes waxing painless and quick (as much as it can be). I highly recommend any of her services. I've had other professionals for waxing services and there is absolutely no comparison to her ability, attention to detail and individual care she gives her clients. Not to mention, she is extremely professional and friendly! I am always getting compliments on my eyebrows when Krista works on them.

Krista has also helped me to tailor my skincare routine to fit my individual skin type. She has a wide selection of products and, as my skin has changed, she's helped me adjust effectively. “This spa was so relaxing! I went by myself as a treat and I walked out feeling so rejuvenated. I did the communal bath experience and it was great! The spa was cleaned and the attendants were so helpful and always checking the area and refilling the resources. They walk you through the process prior to starting and make sure you feel comfortable. You can add on other services like facials, scrubs, and massages, too. I found this spa to be more affordable than others! I will say it does get a little crowded but other than that it was great.“

Mini facilities in the women's locker room continue to not function properly, such as the whirlpool it's been reported to me.“
