Ella Stevenson is a gem. Every time she cuts my hair, I leave thinking there's no way she can do any better—and then the next time, somehow, she does! She brings great energy and gives such helpful guidance about hair care, styling, and maintenance. I always look forward to my appointments with her, and recommend her so highly.

I have receive Gloss, Hair Curling, and Hair Cut services from both Jae and Justine a few times now. They both do an excellent job with cutting my very long and thick hair. They ask several questions to understand what I want done to my hair, are polite and nice, and provide an excellent service. I always feel so fresh and confident after either of them have done my hair. Highly recommend either of these ladies for a cut or style for long and thick hair! The front desk staff are also always very helpful and nice.

Ruth has earned the title of Master Masseuse. She has been helping me manage my chronic pain for years. Her touch is the perfect balance of strong & intuitive. I always feel much better after spending some time on her table. She is the very best!
