I've been coming here since September of 2021 and keep returning because they continue to impress me with their standard of care and consideration. They are exceptionally accountable, personable, and reasonable. I have a pretty reactive pit mix who does not fare well with other animals. The exterior entrances to the exam rooms are a GAME CHANGER! The staff at SNOAH have started to give my reactive girl quarterly sedated nail trims. This whole time I assumed she'd just have to get over herself a little and stay kenneled next to other potential drop offs (prior and post nail trim). To my surprise, I just figured out they give her the exam room for the duration of her stay. Wow. That means if I drop her off at 8am and can't come grab her till the afternoon, she has the comfort of her own stress free area. There has to be a dozen vet clinics far closer to me, but I will continue to make my 80 minute round trip for Shorview North Oaks Animal Hospital. Thank you to everyone at SNOAH. Lady Bug loves you guys! 🙂

I have a 14-year-old lab and have been seeing Dr. Emilee at Shoreview North Oaks Animal Hospital—she is absolutely amazing. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she also has such a kind and compassionate approach that makes both me and my dog feel completely at ease. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients. I trust her completely with my senior pup’s care and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Emilee!

I got a dog from the shelter at the end of March. He suffers from severe separation anxiety. I called for an appointment and they made space in their schedule to get me in. I was really appreciative. I have had to go back a few more times for various reasons and have always had a wonderful experience. I am also really impressed that after every visit they call the next day to see how my dog is doing. Highly recommend!

We saw the new vet and vet tech on Monday. I really liked them both, as did my 13 lb sheltie, Freya. They were both friendly and informative. Dr Livingston noticed in her records that Freya has a hard time with vaccinations and gave her benadryl. I was impressed that she was thorough and saw this in Freya's records. I wish I remembered the new vet tech's name because I thought she was very personable and gave us some great grooming tips based on her own experience. We really like Dr Emilee, but it's good to have other choices if she's not available. I am also very impressed and appreciative for the information I was given from the hospital administrator. It was very thorough and helpful. I highly recommend this vet clinic.
