A few years ago, Sharon helped me (my family), with the process for when my Grandma passes. Last week, my Grandma passed away. I immediately spoke to Sharon and she was able to schedule an appointment the next day, with Tom and Betsy. This whole experience has been wonderful. During a time of vulnerability, the Funeral Directors were friendly, personable and compassionate. I understand we all have a business or job to make money but you can tell that is not their main focus. The Life Insurance amount that was left, wasn't enough to cover the original plans.
