A friend recommended Bryan to me after purchasing her house last year. Bryan was extremely helpful, thorough and personal. We ran into numerous issues with my appraisal due to my new home being a “fixer-upper” and he was able to explain things in a language that I could understand (not being in the finance realm). When it was all set and done, and we had finished jumping through all of our loops, we sat back and laughed with each other. I really appreciate his humor and the ability to reach him, and his team, easily (including mid-closing when I had a question about what I was signing).
