Overall great experience, very thorough. Only one unusual experience: Chris, I believe the initial Healthcare professional to take my vitals and get my chart going - i think he tries to get too much done while the BP test is going on, as he gave me instructions to turn my head so he could take my temp. I suppose the movements could have affected my results. He seemed to give alot of commands during the process. Look, I'm former military and I get it, he's in charge of the process, but maybe be a little more flexible. Just a thought.
Everyone was thoughtful and polite from check-in to aftercare. They were efficient and let me know how long waits would be. Plus I got the texts about how many people ahead of me. The doctor took her time and answered questions and I never felt rushed. Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend this urgent care facility for the following reasons: no wait time, friendly front office staff, quick in and out experience, professional and courteous nurses and doctors, clean facility, convenient location.
