The PA was super thorough. Her personable, yet professional approach put me at ease. I felt well cared for and the texting system to keep me informed of my wait time was a bonus. Thank you for making me feel confident and cared for during my procedure (stitches).

The urgent care side does not have a separate waiting room for those with symptoms of respiratory virus, so I was told to wait outside until a room is available. While I understand wanting to isolate us, it's 45 degrees outside.
