Ugly deck built a deck exactly to my specifications. They communicated regularly about the start date and ability to start earlier than planned. They did not bother me during the assembly process and daily proceeded independently. I am satisfied with the deck. It passed the local city inspection with no issues.

We had an excellent experience with Ugly Deck installing a new-build 10' by 11' deck on our home. The Shakopee showroom was really good, it helped to be able to see several styles of deck and railing construction in place and the sales staff was helpful and patient. Communication throughout the project was excellent, very proactive and any questions we had were answered quickly and completely. The actual construction went very well- kudos to our the construction team (Connor, Aaron and Tanner) who were very friendly, efficient, did great work and also cleaned up very well when the project was complete. We had an excellent experience with UglyDeck. Chad provided us an estimate promptly and leveraged his expertise to provide honest feedback on how to configure our deck as well as which of the various decking options would be best considering our budget and color preferences. Scotty with the production team communicated updates regularly to ensure we were in the loop at all times, including progress photos of the installation as we were out of town at the time, which we greatly appreciated! The crew worked fast and the final product is exactly what we had envisioned. Thank you to the team at UglyDeck, we can’t wait to enjoy this new space all summer!
