UglyDeck was outstanding to work with from sales, the production team and the install crew. We couldn’t be happier with the finished deck and have spent a ton of family time on it this summer! We appreciate everyone at UglyDeck for their care, communication and answering of endless questions. They also took the time to stop out on occasion in the weeks leading up to the project to answer questions or let us know if we needed to adjust any of the prep work we took on ourselves. They truly take the time to ensure your deck turns out well, walk you through the upkeep steps and even worked on customization that other companies would not do.

We are thrilled with the new deck that UglyDeck installed for us! The entire process - from getting a quote for the job, to visiting their Shakopee showroom, to getting the finished deck - was painless. Chad, Scotty, and his crew did an excellent job in communicating with us and keeping us apprised of their status as we went through the permitting, materials delivery, old deck removal, and installation milestones. The work crew was extremely careful about minimizing any damage to the surrounding lawn and cleaned up the area once their work was done. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding.

The experience was excellent from the beginning with Chad in sales - thorough, knowledgeable, to Scotty who coordinated my install- great communication and topping it off with Sharyl, my railing installer who stayed extra hours into the evening (7:00!) to get it done because it was going to rain the next day! I highly recommend UglyDecks, MN! Oh and my new railing, horizontal cables with black frame looks fabulous!!!
