St. Francis Sleep Diagnostics Center

I was scheduled today to pick up a device for my eldery mother's at home sleep study. There's a phone you have to use to check in. The person answered after a couple of minutes and said she could not come out and get me the device until after her 3:30 patient was done. At this time it was 3:15 and she was currently not with a patient. I told her I was told to come any time before 6:30 to pick up the device. She refused to come out and expected me to wait almost an hour for her.
I then called the clinic number from my phone to try to reschedule and it was her!!! She told me I had to call back tomorrow to reschedule!

My Dr sent a referral almost a month ago, and I have left 2 messages with no return call yet!

i was brought by ambulance to the ER. I had injured my knee and could not bear weight. The ER uses Suburban Emergency Associates to staff their providers. I ended up with Dr. Madore. He sent me for an x-ray and spent no more than 3 minutes on my exam. He then told me I had a "mild sprain" and to take Advil, which if he had even glanced at my chart, he would see I could not take. Due to the amount of pain and swelling, I was reassessed at Methodist and diagnosed with a full ACL tear and a partial MCL tear. If Dr. Madore had listened to the cause of the injury and done a thorough exam, he might have made a more accurate diagnosis. I will be having an ACL reconstruction....not... read full review
