Overall excellent care my mom has had since going to the ED there this week for stroke symptoms. The care has really been exceptional! especially on the medical floor she’s on. My only complaint was in the ED when they tried to make my 87 year old mom who was clearly very weak to go in a wheelchair for an MRI of her brain which was ridiculous as she wasn’t stable. I insisted she go by the ER bed to MRI instead due to her extreme weakness. The staff scrambled to run and get some lift sheet for the bed when we had just stood her from the commode and it was so hard for me to hold her in standing position by myself! She was so weak! I don't get low rating. The entire experience was excellent. My nurse Joyce and her crew were awesome, and enjoyable to work with. My prostate surgery went well, quick and clean. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you all.
