this is probably the best customer service/ service I have ever had. I haven't been to the dentist EVER due to depression and severe anxiety. I decided to go for the first time here a few years ago. I was so affraid they would judge me for having trouble taking care of my teeth/ never going to the dentist. But Dr. Merissa Richter and the assistants were INCREDIBLE. they didn't judge for one second or ask questions. they also went through all the steps with me and explained how EVERYTHING works. I do not like going to the dentist but it is a necessity. After visiting Shakopee Dental and my experience with Dr Merissa I have changed my view on the dentist. She is very gentle and patient with one’s needs/pain etc. possibly the best dental experience I’ve had. Will definitely return to Dr Merissa for all my dental needs.

I've been going to this same dentist for the past 11 years and it's been amazing! Everyone is extremely kind and friendly, and genuinely care about you. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone for anything.
