Great experience with Jeff on fixing my water heater. He was very friendly, arrived within the time frame listed, and was able to successfully troubleshoot and fix the water heater. Would recommend to everyone.
Had our A/C keep going off for a couple days. Tried fixing it myself, but without any success. Ended up requesting an appointment at 11:00pm from Quality Heating and Air because it was going to be 90 the next day.
Neil F, who was a super nice guy, came out the next morning, diagnosed the issue, picked up the specialty part in Bloomington, and got my A/C unit up and running within 3 hours.
Extremely pleased with their work and will 100% be using them again with any other problems that we have in the future.
Excellent Service!! Had some vandalism to my AC unit last night, and quality Air Conditioning came out early this morning. Justin Novak was the technician. So polite, professional and efficient!! Highly recommend this company!!!
