Took both kiddos here the other day (12 and 10) - one has ADHD, anxiety, and SPD, and another anxiety and on a waiting for autism screening - but essentially, and understandably, dentist experiences can be very hard for them both - and hands down this clinic and team were the BEST experiences they've ever had ??
Not only did they leave the place smiling, but we had a game plan for one kiddo, and the other got a pediatric referral after needing some sensory breaks - but there was absolutely zero shaming or guilting involved, in fact everyone was very supportive of kiddos, kind, and patient.
I went to Park Dental with an urgent dental need after my crown fell off. As a new patient, it was greatly appreciated they were able to get me in the following day to be seen. Lisa was super helpful in getting my new patient info entered, scheduling my appointment and providing helpful directions to get there (its easy to get turnaround getting there). Dr. Freybler was phenomenal! He explained what my options were and was patient answering my many questions. I decided to have the tooth pulled and Dr. Freybler explained everything he was doing as he removed the tooth (like I asked him to). I felt the staff genuinely cared for me and the care I received. These guys were quick, professional, courteous, and best of all painless. I needed a wisdom tooth extracted on a somewhat emergency basis. They got me an appointment quickly, greeted me and were a pleasure to deal with from my first step into their nice new clinic. The assistant and dentist got to work immediately explaining everything they were going to do. It was cool cause they had the ability to do X-rays and show the images on a monitor right in front of me. The dentist identified the cavity on my wisdom tooth and within 20 minutes my tooth was out and I felt great! Thank you park dental. Looking forward to my next appointment this week!
