I've been going here for a little over 6 months. I've taken a picture in every time to match color/design and they have done an amazing job every single time. Recently I had to get my nails done at an out of town salon. I was so happy to get back to Kim's Nails to have them fix the awful job the out of town salon did. I asked the out of town for a Navy Matte. They had no dark blue color what so ever, to top of the less than mediocre fill they did. Kim's nails without hesitation had my color request available. I'm due for another visit to Kim's. I went in a weeknight and the place was dead. I was worried that that was a bad sign but also glad I didn't have to wait. I got the luxury/deluxe pedicure and they did an awesome job. Nice, long, thorough massage. They do use the liners in the pedicure tubs and I didn't notice any hygiene/health/safety issues which I'm normally nervous about at salons. It's been 3 weeks and my gel pedicure is still holding up nicely.
