My regular clinic( also very good) is in Waconia. My audiologist was ill and I had a broken hearing aid. The Shakopee team stepped in with pure professionalism to help me. It doesn’t get better. These folks are superb.
Linda at the front desk was very helpful. she even came from behind the desk to help me with a form. She offered me many options to provide service for me. She is amazing. She is the kind of person every Office wants on the Frontline.
Sean Foley was very helpful, too. He fixed my problem and we will be setting up future appointments and a service plan. He went above and beyond my expectations.
Jill saved my hearing world. She gave me loaners the morning before I had to catch a plane to Italy. I could not have made the trip without her doing that for me. My hearing aids stopped working a few hours before I needed to catch the flight and she gave me hearing aid loaners of which I needed to use for my trip. I am so appreciative of her ability to take action and help me survive this trip, which was my son‘s wedding. Thank you Jill
