“Had some water damage on the rafter and supporting post that I needed to be repaired as well as getting some improvements estimated. Communication was good. The technician arrived on time and gave me options for the repair. He also took care of measurements and photos for additional improvements and sent that to the office for estimating before finishing up the scheduled job.
