We moved back to Minnesota last spring and have been looking for a Primary Care Physician. We certainly found what we needed in Dr. Markell. He is quite thorough, a competent professional, and patient with all our questions. As very senior people, we appreciate that. He is supported by a friendly and helpful staff as well.

Very nice. Always friendly. I think the longest I've ever had to wait for an appointment is a week and a half, which I don't think is very long. I just know I'm not the only person in the world who needs to see a doctor so there is always going to be some point in time where you just need the patience to wait your turn!

Done with here, done with Allina. Over a month wait for an appointment, and that's just to see a primary doc, longer for speciality! If you care about your health don't come here

I arrived for a simple blood draw that was scheduled days in advance, for a fasting, 9am appointment. I was told it could be a short wait. At 9:40, I ask for an estimate of how much longer it could be as I am still waiting in a nearly empty waiting room. I am told they can’t tell me down to the minute. I ask if might be 10 or 30 or 60 minutes—to get an idea if I should continue to wait or leave. No one is able to define any timeframe. Then a staff member came out to explain they are waiting for another staff person to show up, and there is only one person on staff. This information could have been told to me when I arrived; so I could have made an informed decision. Very disappointed. They told the next person he also may have a “short” wait. An hour wait for a blood draw is NOT A SHORT WAIT.

Front desk was pleasant, helpful and efficient. I waited less than5 minutes before being taken to an examination room, where the staff was the equal of the front desk. Dr. Markell was super.

Love my primary Dr House not too excited about some of the other ones that I had to see cuz she wasn't available but her love them Yes that's the only reason I stay there if she leaves I'm gone
