I made an online appointment it was quick and easy! They were prompt, efficient and on time. Every step was communicated to me and Mike shared not only what he was doing but why. I Highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services!Bonus is…they are a local company! I Perfer to support local companies?
We had toilet that needed tank kit attention.
Worked with existing parts - not perfect fix but better.
Front outdoor faucet leaked and repair required opening hole in finished area inside house to gain access. Plumber installed access panel inside house in sheetrock to complete repair and for future access. Did a nice job.
Back yard faucet had easy access through unfinished wall in laundry room.
Happy with Alex the plumber both neatness and workmanship.
Was very anxious about having Affinity come into my home only because I knew they were coming into a mess (we needed a new garbage disposal, needed the gas stove capped off, AND our fridge also needed to be connected). Things could not have gone smoother thanks to Laynee. Thought she was just coming to give an estimate and then she took care of everything and was in/out before we knew it. Would definitely recommend!! Our new go-to plumbers.
