I made an online appointment it was quick and easy! They were prompt, efficient and on time. Every step was communicated to me and Mike shared not only what he was doing but why. Worked with Alex to get out Water Softener replaced and the Main Shut off and pressure reducing valve fixed. Also had a toilet replaced in a tricky spot in the basement! Done quickly and efficiently! Very fairly priced as well! Defiantly 100% Recommend Affinity!
Kurt recently came out to handle some maintenance for us, and we couldn’t be more pleased with his professionalism, kindness, and exceptional service.
