We called Norske to find out about some loose wires on the exterior of our home that we didn't know what they were. They had us text a picture of the mess right away and told us exactly what it was and how to remediate the situation ourselves. What an honest company who wasn't interested in just getting our money. They will be the first call we make when we need electrical service in the future. Thanks Norske!
About Norske Electric
Norske Electric, a business with over 20 years of experience, is known for its dedication to providing high-quality products and services. The company, founded by experienced electricians, is committed to completing electrical projects with excellence and ensuring the peace of mind of its customers. Norske Electric's experienced team of knowledgeable electricians values maintaining a high level of trust with customers and takes pride in getting the job done right and on time.
A customer hired Norske Electric for several indoor and outdoor projects they had been putting off. Patrick, an electrician from Norske Electric, was described as being on time, professional, friendly, and informative. He took the time to provide quotes and explain the cost breakdown and different problem-solving options for each project. The customer was thrilled with the work he completed on their laundry room light and new fixtures throughout their house. They are excited for future projects with Norske Electric, including installing a hot tub circuit, replacing outdoor outlets, and outdoor lighting.
Another customer had a minor repair and consultation project with Norske Electric. The lead time was two weeks, which was acceptable for the customer as the issue was not an emergency. The electrician arrived within the scheduled 3-hour service window and gave the customer the option to follow them around or let them do their thing. The electrician was able to diagnose and repair the cause of the customer's electrical issue and replaced a non-code compliant outlet without being asked. The customer was satisfied with their experience, and the overall cost was $400 for a full-home inspection, parts, labor, and tax.
A third customer had a great experience with Norske Electric, specifically with an electrician named Finch. Finch was described as being knowledgeable, transparent with pricing, and not pushy about unnecessary work. Finch addressed several of the customer's requests that night rather than coming back another time, and the customer will be recommending him to others.
