So I reached out to Legacy because they have Malarkey shingles, and to get a second opinion. Josiah and team were super friendly and helpful throughout the process. I never felt pressured into agreeing to an upsell. They just were willing to do whatever we wanted.

The insurance process is always a bit chaotic from what I’ve heard from others (this was my first claim), but Legacy did a great job working with the insurance company to get supplementals approved even after the work had been completed and I had already paid out of pocket to get some of it done ahead of time.

“I would recommend Les Jones Roofing. I worked with them to get my roof replaced due to a hail damage insurance claim. Rob submitted photos and paperwork to my insurance company to convince them to replace the roof in full - he was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Their foreman and workers were professional and efficient and did a good job, including cleanup - some minor siding damage which occurred during the roof replacement was repaired at no additional cost. “Nate Plagge came to give us a estimate to repair a 1.5 year old roof. Unfortunately the General Contractor who we hired to do the roof completed the work so poorly the roof will be a complete tear off and reroof. We recently had water intrusion as well from the bad roofing job from the General Contractor.

Nate and Zach were able to identify where the leak was coming from and seal the leak until we have them install the new roof.
