“We had the tremendous good fortune of working with Paulson Brothers on our renovation, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. A major renovation can be an overwhelming undertaking, but their team guided us through every stage of the process with professionalism, expertise, patience, and incredible attention to detail.

One of the things that truly sets Paulson Brothers apart is that they not only handle the remodeling, but also design and build their own custom cabinetry. Having everything under one roof was the perfect combination for our project. The quality and craftsmanship of our cabinets is exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. They were even able to beautifully match some of our existing cabinetry, creating a seamless look throughout our home.

What impressed us most was the level of care and personal attention we received throughout the entire project. We always felt that our home and our renovation truly mattered to them. Their commitment to quality workmanship and outstanding customer service was evident every step of the way.

We could not be happier with both the experience and the finished result. We would HIGHLY recommend Paulson Brothers to anyone considering a remodeling or renovation project. They are an outstanding company with an exceptional team, and we would work with them again without hesitation.”

“Lee Lawrence at Titus Contracting did an outstanding job managing my Northern Dispensary Project in Bloomington, MN. As project manager, Lee oversaw the entire process from start to finish and exceeded my expectations in every way. He made sure the job was done right, held high standards throughout, and most importantly, hit every single deadline within my tight construction time window.

What really set Lee apart was that he not only listened to my ideas on design but also brought his years of experience to the table, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Lee is a true professional and a great guy to work with!

Jose worked under Lee and handled much of the hands-on work — and he was absolutely fantastic. Jose went the extra mile on everything he was asked to do, and whenever I requested changes, he was quick to jump on them without hesitation. Jose is honestly the best I have ever worked with and I was very lucky to have him on this project.

On top of that, their subcontractors were also great to work with — always on time and delivering quality work, which is truly hard to come by these days.

If I ever need another project done, I will without a doubt be calling Titus Contracting again. Thank you, Lee and Jose, for the incredible work!”

Gula Construction

“I don't post many reviews, but in this case I am compelled to do so. I can't say enough good things to express my experience working with Gula Construction. I recently served as the project manager for a church vestry project involving the installation of a vertical platform wheelchair lift in our 100+ year-old building in St. Louis Park, MN. This was a significant undertaking for our small parish, as we were concerned about maintaining the aesthetic integrity of our space while improving accessibility.

The project required demolition, framing, drywall, concrete work, finish carpentry, painting, and electrical work. Every service exceeded my expectations. Everyone who stepped foot in the church was extremely polite and respectful. Dmitriy was phenomenal throughout the entire process, providing meticulous leadership from the initial stages to the final inspection. He offered economical suggestions that saved us money and ensured the work matched our existing space perfectly.

We successfully added a wheelchair lift while preserving the look and feel of our church environment. It was an absolute win-win. We are already consulting with Gula Construction for our next project, and I highly recommend their general contracting services to anyone!”
