Technician was on time and polite. He cleaned and checked the furnace. I asked him to tell me anything interesting or educational that he could, and he gave me some good info and maintenance tips for the furnace and the air exchanger. All for a good price.

Our air conditioner began blowing warm air from the vents. I called Martinson at 8:15am. My call was answered within just a few rings. Kevin did some trouble-shooting with me over the phone. We determined that one problem was my thermostat needed batteries. Kevin told me not to worry about picking any up because he had some on his truck and would be at my house within the hour. He was right on time. He tested the thermostat batteries and replaced them, then he replaced the furnace filter and connected a hose to our outside faucet and cleaned the AC condenser.
