Cody was great when he came out to do the winter check of the furnace.Mike and Zach were excellent when they came out to check on an error code that the shop was receiving on our Bryant Evolution Connex regarding the heat pump. They made sure everything was functioning properly.Showed up right on time, very professional and pleasant.We have been doing business with Lyon’s over 25 years at our residence and commercial office spaces.Heather in the office is very nice and works well with customers to schedule appointments.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lyon’s.
We had an amazing experience with this company. My husband made a call to Bryant and Doug came to inspect our 24 year old furnace @10:00 am. We essentially needed a new one . This was the day before thanksgiving and we were hosting. James came out to give options and prices. Olaf came to install by 1:00 and was done by 4:30. They are honest, friendly and were so accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for heating or cooling needs.
Luis has been cleaning and doing maintenance checks on my A/C units for a couple years. He always provides great customer service and communication and remembers my family year after year. Highly recommend this company!
