(Likely due to Covid) Short staffed and seemed to be high turnover. My grandpa has been there quite a while. When he had an injury on his leg, the staff was not addressing the wound as directed by the doctor. Whether this is a system or staffing problem, I do not know. It seems better training and shift changes need to be addressed. When I asked the nurse when last bath was or would be due along with wound care she did not know. She said she had to check the system (even though it should have been checked already).
