My mom is at Colonial Courtyard, Clearfield. She is happy there with all the activities that are offered. The staff is awesome in their caring and interest in her. My sisters & I feel blessed to have mom there. Thank you for all you do. Cyndi

I really love the staff here. All of the physicians are so kind. Integricare does it all, from pediatric and family practices, to xrays, chiropractors and physical therapy. It's your all in 1 clinic. Oh and love love the new clinic!

Paige Deiters has been such a blessing in my health journey, I have an autoimmune disease which comes with multiple symptoms and other issues-she didn't stop searching for answers until we found the root cause and I am forever grateful. All the doctors and staff have been so kind and the clinic is a great atmosphere to be in. Thank you Paige for how much you have helped me and giving me the tools I need to feel great again.
