We recently had a roof leak and I contacted Rival Roofing to come check it out. JJ and Ramiro came out the same day to inspect the roof and it turned out there was hail and wind damage from a previous storm. JJ assisted every step of the way with handling the insurance claim and the insurance adjuster and we ended up getting a full roof replacement covered by our insurance policy. JJ was amazing to work with, understanding our needs, preferences and concerns. He was always prompt and willing to go the extra mile. What impressed me the most about Rival Roofing was when I called for an estimate, the owner Ramiro answered the phone. JJ Arellano came out to assess the roof and quote me a price. Once they began tearing off the roof, it was discovered that the entire decking was ruined (my house is 80 years old). JJ sent real time photos and called immediately to discuss the additional repairs. He was compassionate and caring when I cried and came back with financing options and a fair price. Overall, working with both Ramiro and JJ was a great experience. My roof is rock solid and I feel better knowing it will be keeping me warm and dry for many years to come.

Rival Roofing did an excellent job with my new roof. It looks amazing and they had it installed in a day. Very professional, knowledgeable and they cleaned everything up like it never happened. I would highly recommend them if you need a new roof! Also Cheney was a pleasure to work with!!!
