“I contacted this business looking for direction for our daughter who has a rare eye condition and I had seen one of their providers on YouTube with various educational videos. They were very prompt in their response and I actually had a very nice conversation with Dr. Fosso regarding our options. I very much appreciated his time basically providing a phone consultation without needing to travel to his clinic which would have been problematic since we live in a different state. He was also very honest and open with his professional opinion and suggestions even saying that this clinic might not be the best option for what our daughter needs which apparently is very rare. He even gave us some suggestions for other institutions that might be a better option for us. Being someone who has worked in the healthcare field for over a decade, I very much understand how a medical providers time is very much limited and precious, so I am even more blown away and appreciative of the time this doctor gave us. It has been my experience that a majority of providers that I have worked with would not do this. He clearly has a passion for what he does and for taking care of people. He even gave us his direct contact information if we had any other questions. Obviously this also speaks to the clinic in general having him on staff.”
