I could feel the sincerity of the staff right from day one. The group counselor has a wonderful sense of humor . As well as the empathy of a genuine human being. No judgements here, just the passion to educate and the patience to listen to all individuals who need support and recovery.
the people i have talked to thus far have been lovely, my only concern is that despite me not listing any way to contact him, they called my father (who was a former paitent of theirs) asking when i would be scheduling an appointment.
I had a horrible experience at the office in Duluth 5 years ago by getting yelled at by a psychiatrist for showing up 5 min late (my anxiety was bad before the appt so I step out to get fresh air). Since then I was on edge about coming back to Nystrom for more support. I found a psychiatrist in another place here in St.Cloud and he used to work at Nystrom/Sagent. He recommended me to come here for DBT programs and I hesitated cause of happened in Duluth. I guess you could say I was a bit traumatized and I was avoiding of coming here.
