Been going here for about 15ish years now. It's about an hour drive from me, but won't go anywhere else! Everyone is so laid back and treats you like family. Would recommend them to anyone!

Yesterday I had a wonderful experience at medical arts dental. They were very kind, thorough, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

My 9yo daughter needed 3 stubborn baby teeth removed. She was absolutely terrified to go to the appointment. Tears were coming out on the way there. The appointment went great and without any complications. As we were leaving, she was skipping out the door and said "that was fun!". I can't think of a better review.

They were great! Took care of me quickly, gave the best recommendation for the situation. The office experience is great, they are really nice and offer a drink when you walk in. They are amazing, and I'm not a dentist fan

Love these guys! Best dental experience I've ever had, extracted two molars and didn't feel any pain because they took great care to make sure I was comfortable. Office Manager Ryan does a GREAT job estimating your bills and working with your insurance company to keep your portion as low as possible. Finally a good experience!

This sucks to write, because I really like the dentist, assistant and team as people and felt pretty relaxed here, despite being in a dental office. However, I need to make others aware of this situation and prevent it from happening to anyone else, because it was a bit of a shock. Ryan worked with me to create a plan after my initial appointment. He's very concise and I knew what I'd owe for what. I didn't have much work needed, but also only have $1000/yr dental benefit and dental work isn't cheap. Since it was already going to be the end of the year that I'd be coming in for dental work, he told me that I could split the work up into 2 appointments, so we could use the benefit for both years and I'd in turn pay less out of pocket. We scheduled it into 2 appointments to save out of pocket expenses- one at the end of the year and one in the beginning of the following year. I always paid what was due at time of service, every time & my last visit was no exception. They knew my insurance info, amount remaining for the year, etc. as well, as they went through it with me every time. However, while I was medicated in the dentists chair for a few hours and very tired, I remember the dentist saying he wanted to finish something and asked if I was OK if he just finished it up. I said, "yes, please", as in please just get this done, so I can go home and sleep. He never stated it was anything outside of what I'd already paid for or signed and agreed to do that day and he certainly didn't mention that he was going to do the tooth that we'd scheduled for the following year THAT VISIT INSTEAD or that it would cost me several hundred extra by doing it that day instead of waiting the 2 weeks due to insurance benefits! I would've declined had he made any of what he was doing clear. Regardless, I got a bill after paying what I was told would be due for that visit that day. That's when I contacted my insurance and they made it clear that because he did the work that was to be done in a future visit, (next benefit year), that same day instead, it would be 100% out of pocket instead of 80% covered. I was irate and it wasn't a good time for any of us. This was also over covid and we were helping several others stay afloat, as well as ourselves, so I decided to put it aside. That's when they sued me. I've never been sued, but was told that I should've been served a packet, yet I told the court I hadn't received a thing other than standard bills from them. Apparently in 2020-2021 during covid they can mail it instead of serving it, which is absurd! I was never given an opportunity to speak up, as nothing was received prior & the courts tell me I can't do anything, as a judgement was already entered, (which is the ONLY info I received)! The courts won't even accept payments, but will tell you that you need to get a Writ of Execution once resolved. Now I have to call the dentist directly and hope he fulfills his end by completing the Writ once I pay this bogus bill and ask the interest. Top it off, the tooth he fixed that day lost its filling, so it didn't even last!
