My boyfriend and Remi just moved here from Alaska and I brought her here for her first professional bath and the girls did a great job with her and I will definitely be going back there again.

I have a bearded collie, a VERY hairy dog. After 5 attempts at grooming at another local provider, I tried Knotty Paws. The big differences:1. Knotty Paws spent nearly 3 hours working on my dog. It was only 2.5 weeks since his last grooming, but despite daily brushing, my dog had far too many mats for me to deal with.2. Previous groomers spent as little as one hour and as much as 1 3/4 hours.3. Instead of cutting off the mats like the previous groomers, Knotty Paws combed them out with no discernible cutting.4. Knotty Paws was a bit less expensive.5. 3 weeks out I still can’t find any new mats.6. I didn’t know what I should expect from a good groomer. NOW I DO!!

They do AMAZING work and seem to really care for the dogs. My poor shepherd was very matted from moves and different weather, and she took very good care of her.There are quite a few dogs at the drop off times in the mornings just just be weary of the traffic. Also due to the customer base size it can take a little while to schedule.I mean they are good so that's to be expected. Especially for the good prices.THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT 5 STAR: This was my shepherds second time getting groomer, and the first one I suspect of hitting her. So she has anxiety and gets excited to meet and play. She can bark a lot and due to that I was told it would be best to not bring her...read full review
