We worked with Patrick at BD Exteriors to have him assess our roof and provide an estimate for replacing our shingles. He was very thorough and pointed out all the steps their crews adhere to and perform in installing a roofing system that would be certified and warranted by Certainteed. After receiving the estimate we had some questions about upgrading to class 4 shingles and also about some color options and Patrick responded promptly. He was patient with us as we made the final decision on class 4 shingles and color. Patrick provided an estimated timeframe for installation and called the week prior to the install date to confirm.
BD Exteriors made getting my roof replaced very easy. Patrick came out to the house got right to business and had an estimate by the end of the day. The selection of roofing in my price range was a good mix of colors. I applied for financing which was super easy to complete. I recently had new gutters and gutter screens installed by BD Exterior. The entire process from bidding, to installation, to clean up and even follow up to see how it went, was extremely professional and courteous. Every step of the project was explained. I highly recommend them
