Awesome business with honesty and integrity behind their business. Replaced an old outdoor faucet in less than ideal situation but their expertise and experience came through and got me taken care of. On top of all that coming out to an area that they don't normally serve. Book them with confidence.
Not sure what happened here. Had them out for an estimate. Called back with a question about the estimate and left a message. Someone called me back saying the person who did the estimate would call me by end of day. They never did. I called back the next week and left a message again. Never got a response back. We were planning to use them but then they ignored us.
UPDATE: Got a call from them this morning taking full responsibility for being dropped. In my experience phone calls like that don’t usually happen. I appreciated it a lot - hence the amended review.
