I booked The Move Crew for a 7:30 am move on October 2. They arrived promptly and got right to work. I was moving from a 3rd floor walk up, so lots of stairs, but Sam, Pete, and Josh had me out of my old apartment by 9 am. They were super efficient, courteous, and fast while still taking good care of my items. The new place is on the first floor, so no real steps, but it has some narrow doorways and odd angles. Not a problem for these guys. All in all my move took a little less than three hours which made it significantly lower in cost than I'd anticipated. The best moving company! I have used The Move Crew twice now and will always recommend them. They have moving down to a science - very efficient and quick yet careful. They packed up the truck, wrapping up furniture and fragile items, and promptly arrived to our new home. The team placed all the furniture AND boxes in the rooms we needed them, nothing was broken, and took less time and money than we originally expected.All of the employees, from the office to the movers, are very kind, respectful, and thorough. I got a very accurate quote over the phone. The crew called and updated me on when they would be arriving. When they got there, they were fast and efficient and showed great care for the building and my belongings. They unpacked quicker than they packed up and were very professional and fantastic to work with.
