Smbtkd has a wonderful community and is a great place to get a workout. I have been going to tkd here fir over 15 years and it has never gotten old. I love this place. It's where I met my husband and one of the things that kept me in MN when I was considering moving. Smbtkd promotes both a healthy body and mind. If you are at all thinking you should try the school out, listen to that pull. It's a life changer.

Master instructor Wahlstrom and assistant instructor Melissa Johnson are two of the best teachers my son has had. The school is committed to excellence without the macho uber fighting stuff that appears at other schools.
