Dr. Kurt Brausen saw me for lower back pain/tingling after a recent lifting injury. He applied the tens unit after assessing ROM, he then massaged some of the muscles loose around my sacrum where I had pain and restrictions. After that, he adjusted my lower back, and ended the appointment by stretching both hips and glutes. He was very friendly and professional, and was forthcoming with explaining what he was doing. I went in with 5-8/10 pain depending on activity, and left the appointment with 1-2/10 pain. I will be returning again for follow-ups. Jonathan, have a fabulous massage !!! He was an excellent communicator throughout the session, always checking in on the pressure he was using and making sure I was comfortable. We had a few brief chats here and there, but it wasn't distracting. He was also very respectful of my privacy and created a relaxing atmosphere. They had a water and hot tea machine... The chiropractor Dr. Brausen is kind and capable. The many massage therapists are unique, a few have proven to be especially skilled. Several styles of massage are offered (deep tissue, myofacial release, etc.) presumably by each of the therapists.
