Went there to get a pre inspection for a new car and they were amazing, after a stressful day at the dealership they put a lot of worries to rest so my wife and I can look forward to our new car. Shout out to Kyle for going the extra mile, I look forward to continuing my service here.
Signal did a wonderful job explaining what they were going to do to figure out the problem (with my A/C) and also what options there were to fix the problem. I felt comfortable asking questions and my decision was respected which was especially nice as a femme-presenting person. The prices were responsible and they did not push me to do more than needed. The condition report was thorough (even including a video). Definitely would recommend their services.
