We attended a wedding last weekend and the zipper on my dress broke as we were arriving. We called Sew What and they were closing in 2 minutes but said they would stay open until we got there. When we arrived Katia looked at it and said the dress would need a new zipper and she said she would fix it right away. She stayed open until it was finished. She did an amazing job and went way beyond the call of duty in fixing it on the spot. It allowed us to get back to the wedding and attend the rest of the activities. Can't thank her enough and would definitely recommend Katia at Sew What to others.
The team at Sew What is outstanding! I had two bridesmaids dresses to get altered. One of which would be a tricky alter based on the placement of a zipper and where I wanted the dress taken in, as Katya informed me. After picking up my dresses, they fit exactly how I imagined. I had a beautiful dress that was just too tight! Katia did an amazing job and opened the seams and replaced the zipper. Her attention to detail is incredible and she was so kind! My experience was so much more than just an alteration, this was my dream graduation dress and she made it a reality!
