Lewis Rossignol came into My Gym & did an absolute AMAZING job! he communicated greatly. Lewis got all my broken cameras fixed within 3hrs. The pervious Tech. that was send out twice stayed here for over 5hrs both times & some how managed to not get anything fixed/working at all. I told Lewis I want him to come to my gym location every time. I've worked in the gym industry for over 4yrs. I have always seemed to have issues with the proper work being done in a timely manner. Lewis was the first person ever from this company that got the job done right the first time, he's awesome & I want him to get the recognition he deserves. Love the service and explanations they provide. I am never able to hear the initial automatic service when I call, unless I put the phone on speaker mode, (and even then it's still super quiet). Their techs are thorough and professional. They have provided solutions to every problem posed by us!
