Lewis Rossignol came into My Gym & did an absolute AMAZING job! he communicated greatly. Lewis got all my broken cameras fixed within 3hrs. The pervious Tech. that was send out twice stayed here for over 5hrs both times & some how managed to not get anything fixed/working at all. I told Lewis I want him to come to my gym location every time. I've worked in the gym industry for over 4yrs. I have always seemed to have issues with the proper work being done in a timely manner. Lewis was the first person ever from this company that got the job done right the first time, he's awesome & I want him to get the recognition he deserves. Avoid at ALL COSTS. This company should be ashamed of how poor their customer service is and how much of a lack of help you get from them. Have never once had a good experience with them and they make you wait MONTHS to even get back to you on any issue. they open up a "ticket" when you have a problem and then they never reach back out regarding that issue. Could not recommend staying as far away from this company as possible any stronger!!

As a business owner I hate to write bad reviews but this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with! We had to wait for MONTHS to get 3 cameras looked at which ultimately, they said could not be fixed so we purchased the 3 cameras from them. My husband installed them and now we are waiting AGAIN for someone to respond to us because they are not working. All the tell us is "someone will call you, you're on a priority list" WOW! If making us wait for weeks for a callback is considered a "priority" I'd hate to see how long we'd have to wait if we're not on a "priority" list.
