James was amazing to work with! We woke up with an AC issue and through the phone he helped create a solution and was out to visit our house within the morning.
He calming walked through his findings and recommendations, making things easy to understand!
Not that you look forward to calling for repairs, but I know who we will be calling when something is needed again! Highly recommend!
James did a great job on diagnosing the old AC unit. Ultimately I elected to upgrading to a new unit due to the age of the old one and the price of R22. James went above and beyond to ensure the install was done correctly.
