We built our 20’x44’ pool with Prestige this summer, 2024. We had a truly amazing experience. We met with 4 other companies & received from each bids before choosing Prestige. Patrick was hands down the #1 reason we chose them. He was personable but not ‘salesy’, honest, upfront about costs, and went over pros and cons of different options so well. The way Prestige constructs their pools was another huge selling point. They are built to last forever. You guys, Prestige is the company pool owners call if another pool company messed up. They are the best of the best. We knew Prestige had an upscale reputation & we wondered if an average family like us would feel important to them. We did. Through each step, we felt like we were in the best hands. Building a pool is a big decision and a big project and we wanted it done right…the first time. If we had questions as we decided who to choose, he called us right away with thorough answers. We were very appreciative of the proactive communication. That alone, really pushed away any competition. Our pool build started on time and we were swimming by the end of that week! Their team is experienced and effective. We just took such a sigh of relief that we were in the best hands. Honestly, we’ve been enjoying the pool for 2 months now and I am still impressed with their team…their support in the office is outstanding. They’ll answer any question you have about your new pool & any time we’ve needed something they respond so quickly. Bob came out and taught us all about the pool in a fun, easy to understand way. To watch our 3 children swim each day & enjoy this investment is a blessing. Not to mention they helped create this magical focal point of fun for family, guests and parties we host. We purchased our 1st pool from Prestige in 2003. The initial planning sessions helped us make good decisions about meeting our needs. The most impressive attribute that Prestige displays is customer service after the sale. We can contact them anytime if we need any help. The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable.
