Mike and Patrick were great to work with. Our garage door open broke down in the early morning hours and we were able to get an appt within an hour of contacting the contractor. Both Mike and Patrick were professional and knowledge. Mike made sure that we were getting the most out of our home warranty plan and ended up helping to save us money on the repairs. We would highly recommend Precision!

The two young men who did the install were very nice and quite entertaining as well. I do want to attach a photo of the gap in one area under the door and taht the young man said that the rubber will relax more but it’s kind of bent up from being packaged so tightly.I will also be giving a call because I’m having an issue with the door going down. I have to keep pulling onto the garage door button so something must be wrong and not adjusted quite right. I think only one of these shows the light shining underneath if you need a better picture, I will take a different one.

I have called Precision Garage Door twice in the past five months for issues with my garage door. Both times the service was excellent and the technicians, Johnathon and Brian, were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Their pricing is a little on the high side but you have to pay for quality and excellence in service. Precision Garage Door is my company of choice for any and all garage door issues. I cannot recommend them enough!
